爪の希望の形を決め、まずは側面をやすります。最後に爪の「先端」をやすって形を整えます。注意：爪のケラチン層を傷めないよう、必ず一方向にやすってください。
I was skeptical a single file would be enough for both shaping and smoothing, but the cushion side really works for buffing out rough edges. It's gentle on my skin too, which is a bonus.
